How Do I Edit My Smart Card?
Easily update your digital card’s profile photo, name, title and color theme to perfectly reflect your professional style.

Whether you’re an individual or corporate user, you can customise your digital card’s appearance, update your details and preview changes instantly.
Editing Your Digital Card from the Desktop Panel
To edit your digital card, log in to the Cool ID platform and follow these steps:
- Sign in to your desktop dashboard.
- On the first page, click the field you want to edit and make changes.
About Section (Basic Info & Appearance)
Here you can edit: Card Images
- Profile photo
- Banner
Basic Info
- Name, job title, company, location and short bio
Color Theme
- Choose from preset palettes or set custom colours via RGB codes (PRO & PRO+).
- You can also set custom colours for each link icon (PRO & PRO+).

Editing Your Digital Card from the Mobile App
You can edit your card in the Cool ID mobile app just as easily as on desktop. How to edit:
- Open the Cool ID app on your phone.
- Select the digital card you want to edit.
- Tap “Edit” at the bottom of the card.
- In the menu (About, Links, Theme, etc.), adjust the sections you need.
- When you’re done, tap “Save”.
The mobile app contains all customisation options available in the desktop panel and offers an intuitive experience.
