Cool ID Mobile App Capabilities
Share Your Digital Business Card
Open the app to display your QR code. Share via text or email, or enable Offline Mode when service is limited.
Edit & Preview Your Card
Tap Edit to update personal details such as name, title or calendar links. Tap Preview to view your profile exactly as prospects will see it when they scan your QR code.
Automatically Capture Leads (PRO & PRO+)
After scanning your QR code, leads can save your contact info and fill out a lead‑capture form located next to “Save to Contacts.” Cool ID stores submitted forms and creates a lead entry for you.
Scan Paper Business Cards with OCR (PRO & PRO+)
Tap the Scan icon. Use the Card Scanner for traditional paper cards, add notes, and tap Save.
Cool ID Account Deletion
Within the Cool ID mobile app, you can permanently delete all data associated with your account by entering your account password on the “Settings > Account Deletion” screen.
