How to Change or Reset Your Password?

Open the Cool ID app on your phone and follow these steps:

1. Tap “Log In”
2. Tap “Forgot Password”
3. Enter the email you used to create the account
4. Go to your email and check both your main inbox and spam folder for the password reset email.
