1. PARTIES / GENERAL TERMS OF USE
This agreement is signed between Cool NFC Bilgi Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi (hereinafter referred to as “WEBSITE”), located at Reşitpaşa Mah. Katar Cad. İTÜ ARI Teknokent 4 Binası No:2/50 İç Kapı No:6 Sarıyer, İstanbul, and real or legal persons (hereinafter referred to as “MEMBER”) who will register on the Cool Card platform, provided that the membership conditions are fulfilled.

By registering on the Cool Card platform, all users agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this User Agreement.
MEMBERS agree to act in accordance with this agreement and applicable laws while using the services provided on the WEBSITE. MEMBERS confirm that they have read and understood the entire agreement and unconditionally accept all terms and conditions.

Cool Card is a platform offering digital business card services and various integration options. By creating an account, the MEMBER declares that the provided information is accurate and complete.

  1. SUBJECT AND SCOPE OF THE AGREEMENT
    This agreement regulates the rights and obligations between the MEMBERS and the WEBSITE during the use of services offered on the Cool Card platform, including digital business cards and other features.
  2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
  1. The MEMBER agrees not to create an account using false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
  2. The MEMBER undertakes to use the WEBSITE only for legal and authorized purposes.
  3. The MEMBER agrees not to share offensive, political, pornographic, illegal, or unethical content through the digital business cards.
  4. The MEMBER agrees not to share account information with third parties or transfer membership to anyone else.
  5. The WEBSITE reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the membership of any MEMBER at its discretion.
  6. It is the MEMBER’s responsibility to monitor changes, updates, or notifications related to their account and the WEBSITE’s services.
  1. MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
  1. Membership begins by creating a free account on the WEBSITE. However, MEMBERS who wish to access additional features can upgrade to a paid subscription plan.
  2. Paid subscription plans are available on a monthly or annual basis and are automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period. MEMBERS can cancel auto-renewal from their profile settings.

4.1) Subscription Plans and Payment Terms

  1. The current subscription fees and features are available on the WEBSITE.
  2. The WEBSITE reserves the right to modify prices, which will only apply to new subscription periods. MEMBERS who do not accept the new pricing can cancel their subscription before the renewal date.
  3. All payments are processed through the WEBSITE’s designated payment system (e.g., IYZICO), and credit card information is securely stored within the payment infrastructure.

4.2) Cancellation and Refund Policy
Refunds for paid subscriptions are subject to the refund policy outlined by the WEBSITE and are limited to specific conditions.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
  1. All logos, software, content, and visual materials on the Cool Card platform are the property of the WEBSITE. MEMBERS agree not to copy, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior authorization.
  2. MEMBERS are responsible for ensuring that any content shared through the platform complies with copyright laws and does not infringe upon the rights of third parties.
  1. NOTIFICATIONS AND OTHER PROVISIONS
  1. All notifications will be sent via the e-mail address provided by the MEMBER at the time of registration. Notifications sent to this e-mail address are considered valid unless the MEMBER updates their contact information.
  2. The WEBSITE reserves the right to temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or repairs. MEMBERS may be compensated with additional usage time or discount codes, at the discretion of the WEBSITE, in the event of extended downtime.
  1. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
    The WEBSITE collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws. For more information, please refer to the [Privacy Policy].
  2. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
  1. MEMBERS may terminate their membership at any time through the WEBSITE. However, cancellations for paid subscriptions are subject to the terms outlined in the cancellation policy.
  2. The WEBSITE reserves the right to terminate a membership immediately if the MEMBER violates the terms of this agreement.

This User Agreement takes effect as soon as the MEMBER creates an account.
