Manage Your Subscription

Easily manage your Pro, Pro+, Corporate Pro, Corporate Pro+, or Enterprise subscriptions. Find all the steps for plan changes, user count updates, or cancellations here.

General

When the follow-up email is active, a welcome email is automatically sent to both your new contact and the Cool ID user after a new connection is established.

You can personalize the email content at any time from your Cool ID desktop panel to match your professional tone.

Note: Corporate plans can only be managed through the desktop panel.

💡 Before Updating Your Subscription

If you’re considering canceling your subscription, first review whether a different plan might be more suitable for you. At Cool ID, we’re here to provide the best solution and ensure you get the most value from our platform.

What you can do:

Go to the relevant card in your Cool ID panel to change your user count or plan level.

If you’re experiencing a technical issue, contact our support team. Let’s find a solution together before making a decision.

Note: When you turn off the follow-up email feature, only a simple email containing your digital card’s URL is sent to the new contact.

If You Want to Cancel Your Subscription
Corporate Plans (Corporate Pro, Corporate Pro+, and Enterprise)

Go to dashboard.coolid.com/subscription from your desktop device.

Click on “Edit Plan” in the top right corner.

Then select “Cancel Corporate Subscription.”

Your cancellation request will be sent to our team and processed shortly.

Note: If you don’t want your subscription to renew automatically at the end of the period, it’s recommended to initiate cancellation in advance.

📲 Individual Plans (Pro & Pro+)

On iPhone:

Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions

Select the Cool ID subscription

Tap “Cancel Subscription”

Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

On Android:

Google Play → Subscriptions

Select Cool ID

Check “Cancel Subscription”

Follow the steps to complete the cancellation

💻 Canceling Pro / Pro+ Plan from Desktop

Go to dashboard.coolid.com/subscription

Click “Edit Plan” in the top right corner

Select “Cancel Subscription” and confirm the process

Warning: If you don’t see the “My Subscription” option in your control panel, you may need to cancel your subscription through your mobile app store.
