How Do I Upgrade My Subscription?

Upgrading your Cool ID subscription is a simple process that can be done on both desktop and mobile devices, whether you’re an individual or part of a larger team.
With flexible options like Pro, Pro+, and Teams plans, you can unlock advanced features tailored to your professional needs and easily access free trials and guided upgrade steps.
Individual Subscriptions
These plans are best for individuals and teams with fewer than 5 members. For teams with more than 5 members, we recommend our Teams subscription.
Upgrading to Pro/Pro+ Subscription on Desktop
If you are an individual looking to upgrade your Cool Basic or Pro package:
Log in to your Cool ID Platform.
Click on your Profile Picture displayed in the top right corner.
In the opened section, click on the “Upgrade Account” button.
Complete the steps by selecting a package.
Which Plan Is Right for You?
Professional
We recommend Pro for professionals who want to both share information and receive information from others.
Professional+
We recommend Pro+ for professionals who have multiple businesses or different cards to share and want to make the most of Cool ID’s services with CRM integration.

Upgrading to Pro/Pro+ Subscription on Mobile
📱 App Store (iOS users):
Open your iPhone settings.
Tap on your username.
Open the “Subscriptions” option.
Select the Cool ID subscription and tap “See All Plans”.
Choose the plan you want to upgrade to and confirm the process.
📱 Google Play (Android users):
Open the Google Play app and ensure you are signed in to the correct Google account.
Find and open the Cool ID app.
Tap on the “Manage Subscription” option.
Select the new subscription plan you want.
Choose your payment method and click “Purchase” or “Subscribe.”
Enterprise Subscription
This plan is best for teams with many members. We recommend our Enterprise Pro or Enterprise Pro+ subscription for these teams.
