What Can You Do on Your Subscription & Billing Page?
From the **My Subscription** page in the Cool ID dashboard you can:
* View and change your active subscription plan
* Track your team members and licence count
* View all past invoices and download PDFs
* Edit billing details (company name, address, etc.)
* Enable invoices to be emailed automatically
* Update your credit card or payment method
How to Update Your Billing Details?
To edit the information that appears on your invoices:
1. Go to **My Subscription**.
2. Click **Edit** in the **Billing Details** section.
3. Enter your new details (e.g., company name, address).
4. Click **Save** to finish.
How to Change Your Payment Method?
To add a new credit card:
1. Go to **My Subscription**.
2. Click **Update Payment Method**.
3. Enter your new card details and save.
All future payments will be processed with the new card.
📥 **Accessing Invoice History**
At the bottom of the page you can view and download all past invoices and receipts whenever you need them.
