Required Subscriptions: Analytics is available for Individual PRO & PRO+ users and for Corporate PRO & PRO+ administrators.

Analytics for Individual Pro, Pro+ and Corporate Member View

In the Cool ID dashboard, click the Analytics tab in the left‑hand menu. Under Analytics, you’ll find:

  • Leads generated
  • Link messages
  • Card views
  • Downloads
  • Link clicks

Exporting Your Data

Note: Only Corporate PRO & PRO+ administrators can export data.

Corporate admins can export all data and analytics as a CSV by clicking Export Data in the upper right corner.
