Step 1: Try Logging In

You can log into your Cool ID account using:

Cool ID App ( 📱)
Cool ID Platform ( 💻)

Note: If you’re using the Cool ID App, ensure you have the latest version from your device’s app store. If you’re experiencing issues logging in via the platform, try using incognito or private browsing mode to bypass potential browser-related issues, and clear your cache before trying again.

Step 2: Verify You’re Using the Correct Email

Double-check the following:

Ensure you’re using the email address you used to create your account.
Make sure there are no spaces or typos in the email field.
Confirm that any VPN or specific Wi-Fi settings that might interfere with the login process are temporarily disabled.

Still can’t log in? Proceed to reset your password.

Step 3: Reset Your Password

Tap “Sign in with Email.”
Click the “Forgot Password” button.
Check your inbox for the password reset email and follow the provided link.
